New Heights Chiropractic and Wellness Clinic believes in the value of chiropractic care for you and your family toward the goal of achieving total health and wellness. Therefore, we have created a pricing structure that is flexible enough to allow you to get the chiropractic care you need, no matter what your budget. Our chiropractic office participates in most insurance programs, but please call us at (541) 879-3443 if you have any questions about whether you can use your insurance to pay for your chiropractic care.
We also accept auto accident and workers compensation cases that result in neck and back pain, headaches or other symptoms that can be addressed with chiropractic care. For patients who have a high deductible, little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we are members of ChirohealthUSA, a discount medical plan, that provides a discount to you and your family members for a nominal yearly fee for services received in our clinic. For more information about ChirohealthUSA, please visit their website.
To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, you can call our Eagle Point chiropractic office directly at (541) 879-3443 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to answer all your questions.
Most insurance plans cover chiropractic care and physiotherapy. Our office will be happy to call for pre-certifications and file claims on your behalf. To further accommodate you, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due at the time of service, including all co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles and those without third-party reimbursement.
Aetna, All Care, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Blue Cross Federal Employee Program, Caresource, Complementary Healthcare Plan, Cigna, Coventry, First Health, Healthnet, Health Republic, Healthways, Liberty Mutual, Mail Handlers, Moda (formerly ODS), Pacificsource, Providence Preferred, SAIF, Samaritan and many others!
We are non-participating with Medicare. This means that we have reduced rates for our Medicare patients which are paid by our Medicare patients at the time of service. We will bill Medicare for the services received in our clinic as a courtesy for you. If Medicare determines that your care is medically necessary, they will then reimburse you for the chiropractic adjustment only, minus any co-insurance or deductible that is due, as this is the only covered service currently for Medicare patients in a Chiropractic office.
After you’ve been involved in an accident, most insurance companies will pay 100% of the cost to treat you for the injuries you received in the accident. Some of the insurance companies we have worked with for patients who have been involved in an accident are Allstate, American Family Insurance, Country Companies, Farmers, GEICO, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, SAIF and State Farm. If your car or work insurance is not listed here, no problem! We'd be happy to contact them to verify your care.
Please call our office for more information about insurance billing or payment questions.
Thank you!
